'PRISON BREAK' Season (3) With Sheddy XL & Friends || 29th April - 12 Noon.
Prison Break is another event of class off the stables of cream enter10ment,organizers of "XPRESS YASEF","iSWAG"etc. Prison break is a God birthed initiative that takes the cream enta10ment crew & other celebrities to major prisons in Nigeria.
The purpose and mission of Prison Break is to reach out to and evangelize to those incarcerated who have given up, lost hope in life because of where they are. We desire to take the light of God into their darkness. Our aim is to proclaim the deep, unending love that God has for them, just as He has love for everyone. We want to take the message of the cross to the captives, to assure them that regardless of their situation, in Jesus Christ, there is a full assurance of salvation and eternal life,however using entertainment,ethical comedy,music as the vehicle.
For those who were found guilty of whatever crime, they don't have to die in condemnation but can run into the open arms of Jesus and receive freedom from shame. For those wrongly incarcerated, it is our desire that hope be stirred up in them and that they hold onto the faith that one day, they will walk through those prison doors.
Apart from offering them spiritual succor, we also desire to share physical gifts with them because true ministry caters to both the body and soul. This is the area where we particularly need people to partner with us. Supplies of personal consumables like bathing soap, detergent, tissue paper, dettol, baby diapers and other baby products, antimalarial and nonprescription medicines are greatly in need at the Kiri Kiri Women's prison. Books, Bibles, writing materials and other items which could be beneficial to the inmates during their time there are also welcome.
In sheddy XL's(host) words,"*some people have asked me'"why the prison of all places,there are murderers,thieves,criminals there and all" well, please indulge me share a quick testimony here before I answer that crucial question.

God led us to host the maiden edition of "PRISON BREAK" April 7th,2014 @kirikiri Prison,apapa Lagos Nigeria where over a thousand inmates gave their hearts to JESUS,two weeks after that event a youngman accosted one our team members in ikeja Lagos Nigeria and said"thank you for coming to kirikiri prison,i was one of the inmates your team ministered to,i was released after that event"Prison Break" I'm a better person now. GLORY TO GOD!!!
Now to answer the question,"Why Prison of all places".......The fact that they are criminals,murderers etc do not mean they have to end up same, Saul who later became paul was a serial killer yet he wrote most books in the new testament, moses was a murderer too yet guess who wrote the book of Genesis and a number of other books in the old testament. You see nobody
encounters JESUS and remains same, the GRACE of GOD saves,changes the worst of men and the bibles records"the grace of God has appeared unto all men"question is how can they know and embrace that grace without a sheddy XL daring to point them to HIM.....

Again,I believe the saying is true,healthy people don't need a doctor,only sick people do. We found that there are sick,wounded,vulnerable,forsaken inmates in there who needs nothing but LOVE, no matter the crime committed, our GOD Loves sinners even though He hates sin with a passion.. We are going there to express the Love,share the Grace of God with those inmates and ultimately make an altar call as we trust the holyspirit for a harvest of souls and ofcourse break prison doors as Isaiah 42 verse 6-7 puts it aptly.
We have carried this cross for the past 3years against all odds and I am excited that this year GOD would have us visit the Kiri kiri female prison, i understand there are about 400 women locked up and a total of 8babies. Im calling on everyone to PLEASE join me as we make these women and their
babies happy.
